Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of any damage to the product or packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original box, ensuring all discs, booklets, and slipcovers are included to prevent further transit damage.

  Processing and Resolution

  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
